I have just completed the Personal Training Experience Introductory Session and five week Personal Training Package, as I needed some direction with my gym and fitness training regime.
I was training every day but not quite achieving the results I was after. On completing the initial introductory session in which my health and personal measurements were checked and fitness levels assessed, I then attended the five-week Personal Training Experience Package, which consisted of a thorough health and fitness assessment followed by four personal training sessions.
Franco discussed lifestyle and nutrition with me and gave me a daily food diary log to complete between sessions, which he would then scrutinise to help me cut out the things which were no good for me and adding things in, which would help me (especially drinking more water, which was the hardest thing of all!)
During this package I have definitely achieved results – by continuing the exercises I have done with Franco, including cardio work, weight training, learning new techniques and correct breathing whilst exercising, some unique abdominal exercises (which were tough!!) and the many other routines such as boxing fitness and circuit training to mention a few.
I have changed my body shape and have got the results I wanted without having to put in extra time, but by focusing on what Franco has taught me and putting it into practice.
I am so pleased I met Franco – his sessions are not just hard work but great fun too and he knows exactly how to push you just beyond what you think your body is capable of and most importantly achieve results.
Since completing this package I have decided to go back and have individual sessions from time to time to keep on top of what he has shown me and to learn more “Franco style” exercises.

My wife and I were on the verge of middle age lethargy when we were recommended to meet Franco, which we did with (it has to be said) some scepticism. However, after the Personal Training Experience Introductory Session we were so taken with him and what he had to offer that we decided to take on one of his Fitness Packages for couples.
Quite simply, it’s been the best thing we’ve done in ages! We have since become client’s of Franco’s who somehow manages to keep the sessions fun and entertaining whilst really making you work at the same time. We’ve ended up doing exercises and using pieces of equipment we’ve not had experience of before, so there’s always a freshness to what we do.
As well as physical training, he’s also advised us on diet and nutrition, and all in all has made a huge difference. We’re both leaner and fitter, have a lot more stamina and generally feel healthier and better than we have for years. And every week we get an hour together away from the kids without feeling guilty!
We can’t recommend Complete Personal Training highly enough.

I am currently preparing to join the Army as an Officer and undergo a very demanding training programme both mentally and physically. As a rugby player, I consider myself to be reasonably fit.
After undergoing the Personal Training Experience Introductory Session with Franco Gasparotti of Complete Personal Training, I soon realised that my all round fitness levels weren't up to the standards required according to Franco, a former Soldier and instructor in the Army.
Following Franco's professional advice, I decided to undertake the six - week Sports Specific Training Programme, which contains a number of specifically designed specialist modules. I chose the Military Fitness Training Module, which has been specifically designed by Franco to prepare anyone who is preparing for a career in the Armed Forces for the physical and mental demands of recruit training which is a arduous six month training course.
This module consisted of military style fitness training made up of cardiovascular, strength and endurance training, self defence, boxing fitness as well as the fundamentals of safe and effective exercise.
The training starts at a steady pace building up to an advanced high tempo regime, which certainly pushes you to your limits. Franco's experience and the programme he has developed is a perfect introduction for anyone wishing to prepare properly for a career in the Armed Forces.
I would like to thank Franco for his professionalism, tough disciplined but good humoured approach to preparing people like myself for what lies ahead.

PROGRESS UPDATE - By Neill Posthumus
I have always been a pretty happy-go-lucky character and didn't fully comprehend the rigours and sometimes harsh discipline that I was going to experience during officer training at Sandhurst.
I was very lucky to have met Franco about a year before I was to start my training at Sandhurst and in hind-sight nothing and no-one could have prepared me better for what was to follow. Not only was the competitive, high intensity nature of his training package extremely challenging and rewarding, but it was the hours of discussion and "war-stories" that we had in Franco's own time that truly made the difference in my mental approach to what laid ahead.
I truly believe that if it wasn't for the time I spent under Franco's wing I would never have been so confident in those early days and weeks during the course when everyone else was flapping. This made the course all the more manageable as I didn't fall into any of the potential traps that so many cadets fall into as they lower their guard and become complacent.
I have a lot to thank Franco for and wish him all the best with his Military Training Package and highly recommend him to anyone that wishes to embark on a military career.

"Franco has been our Personal Trainer since March 2002. Our motive was primarily to get fit and for my husband there was the added reason of developing his balance and motility skills following a brain tumour.
Training with Franco is a delight and never dull. Franco is always challenging and testing us to train beyond our capability, often without us even realising it-the sign of a good teacher. Martin and I have seen positive results since last year. For Martin he has been able to exercise strenuously for the first time in 5 years.

"I became a client of Franco Gasparotti in March 2001, on the basis of a friend’s recommendation and have now been training under Franco’s direction regularly for the last two years.
The benefits to my personal well being and fitness of the training regime that Franco has maintained with me have been absolutely immense.
