Franco
Gasparotti, a former soldier in the Coldstream Guards gained
his hunger for fitness by representing the Army at middleweight
boxing, athletics, swimming, cross-country running and football.
Unfortunately, a serious spinal injury ended a promising
career. After two years of intensive rehabilitation following
surgery, he chose to become a Personal Trainer by training
with the Y.M.C.A. in London, enabling him to put to use
some of the skills and knowledge he acquired during his
time in the forces.
Franco
an experienced trainer has been privileged to work with
people from many varied backgrounds and abilities, ranging
from international footballers, racing car drivers and competitive
athletes. He also works very closely with many disabled
and special needs clients those who have/had spinal injuries,
diabetes, blindness, as well as those with post operative
needs following major brain, heart, back, arm and knee surgery.
