Free Initial Consultation

At the outset, you will receive a free initial consultation, which will help determine your health and fitness requirements, and a brief survey will be carried out of the proposed gym location, to assess its suitability for that use.

Health & Fitness Assessment:

Before the equipment selection process begins, it is essential that I carry out a thorough health and fitness assessment to establish precisely your needs, current levels of fitness, skills and abilities. This way, only specific equipment that you actually need and will use will be incorporated in the design proposals.

Gym Survey, Design, Equipment Selection and Costing:

Once your particular needs and requirements have been fully established, I will carry out a complete and thorough survey of the proposed gym location, and begin the design of your home gym facility and the selection of equipment relevant to your needs and your budget.

I will present you with all plans and equipment proposals, including full costings, for your signed approval before commencement.

Gym installation / Supervision:

Once the proposals have received your approval, I will liaise with all relevant agencies to confirm equipment availability, delivery and installation dates.

I will also arrange to be present on the date(s) of delivery to supervise equipment set up and installation, and to ensure all is correct and undamaged. This will ensure a smooth set up of your new facility.

Personal Training Start-Up Programme (optional):

Once your new home gym facility is set up and functional, it is essential that you receive professional instruction in the use of your new equipment.

As an independent personal fitness instructor, I will devise a personal training start-up programme, tailored specifically to you, that will teach you all you need to know about safe and effective exercise on your chosen equipment.

This start-up programme consists of 5 personal training sessions which will build up your competence and knowledge base in the following areas:

fitness training, weight training, functional training, core stability training, boxing fitness, medicine ball training, circuit training, stretching.
